Socks have long been underappreciated until recently. Gone are the days of scorn at the unslightly sock, where now wearing them with your fanciest shoes is widely embraced. Now that tall boots have become a necessity with the sub zero temps, having something of the sock persuasion peek out of the tops of them has become an interesting option. The bleak nature of grey and cold weather at this time of year makes me grinchy, but I wonder perhaps: can Hansel and Basel socks help bring holiday cheer? (The knee patch ones in particular).
